The Artie Lange Show on the radio crumbled after Nick left. The show was dropped in multiple markets by sports stations that were bought by CBS for their network. The Bone, K-Rock, and WINZ are the only ones that carry it.

And this isn't saying anything about the quality of the show itself. I like the show better without Nick.

it's kinda amusing how someone who complained avidly about pussification - pussified his own product HUGE

Neither of those things are "bad ass" or something a "man's man" would do.

I personally think this is getting blown out of proportion. I don't think it would have set the precedents that everyone is implying if bubba lost. It was a monetary court case. Not a constituition case

Well, if this was such a case like that Drew, Bubba caving at the end didn't solve this issue. If anything, it empowers fucks like MJ to sue more.

the case doesn't impact us at all

we will always have the right to turn to a friend and say - that guy is a douchebag. You don't have to justify it to anyone. It's an opinion. You can hate blacks or jews or just one person if you want to - it's not against the law and legally you don't have to explain yourself. This is what everyone is forgetting

MJ dropped the ball because his team focused on the wrong elements of the case. ok he said shit - you proved that, but they failed to prove how in actually damaged his career in any way - THAT was the crux of MJ's whole argument IMO

I'm not sure if you also heard SJ, but if MJ catches Bubba using Michelle's name or their kids going forward, it's a $5,000 "penalty" for each occurrence.
