It boils down to personal responsibility about how much you drink at and how you get home from a bar. It's a case by case basis. Let's be real here. Most people cannot have more than 5-6 drinks without being legally drunk, it's just science and math. If a bar serves a person who's obviously drunk must cut him off or offer him a ride. It's more of a moral issue, even if it's not their responsibility, imagine being indifferent and letting a person walk out of a bar knowing he or she is drunk and they kill someone or themselves. We need to look out for each other.

If Phil Campbell drinks to excess, the bar should say Phil you've had too much you need to call for a ride or get a ride home. Don't drive. Then Phil ignores them, the bar should call the police. Just as if they saw someone with a gun or a knife.

No, for some reason, he "ended" the show at 10:05 but played 4 of the MJ/SLK bits until about 20 after of so.
