Spice Show Listening Thread February 18-22, 2013

i misssed the whole damn show pretty much FUCKKKKK

I hate when that happens. If the podcasts went up at a decent enough speed it wouldn't be as bad. If I miss a show I tend to forget about it after a few days and not bother to go back and listen.

its a toss up between Spice and Drew for best show on The Bone. if Tuddle and Batches were still there is would be Spice

The Bone is an all talk station and has been for almost a year. They should have a section dedicated to podcasts and put up every show that isn't syndicated (only leaves out Artie and Loveline). And give the BMS a real podcast unless they think people haven't noticed segments from the morning show get replayed. Big fucking deal.

Hell, even as an IO sub, there's no reason I see that they can't podcast Bubba's FM show and put some ads on them. You know, make ad money, the point of FM radio in the first place.

Those two guys convinced me there's still a future in FM radio for this genre of talk. As much as I'm a mark for internet radio.

And the BMS guys, while I think they have a way to go to establish their own identity, show promise. But I don't want to get into that rant again.

Funny thing. When they just talk and have banter with listeners they do the best. They don't need the other shit. Honestly none of these guys do. And ironically Bubba's criticism of that may have helped them grow into a better show long term.

i'm pretty much a slave to the radio weeknights from 7-10. i get stuff done sometimes but mostly i'm just glued to the stream and posting on here
