How did he know he was going to be driving when he walked to work?

Maybe it was just legit..he saw him in there earlier drinkin his ass off, and knew that Phil always walked. but when he left, he saw Phil driving off in a car and called. MJ's atty's try to make it out like he called an hr or so in advance and had the TPD cop waiting for him...that doesn't fit the cops timeline at all.

Then GGomez posted an affidavit from the valet dude who said Phil didn't appear drunk or he wouldn't have gave him the keys..but she did. Doesn't fit their "Setup" story either IMO.
