This is hilarious, on the surface it would seem impossible that MJ would get another shot. However, this is Hillsborough County and nothing suprises me. Get your ready boys, round two is on its way.

Bubba's team has like 2 weeks to file a rebuttal to MJ's filing, then I think Judge Arnold will make a ruling, or it will be sent to Pinellas county for like a 3 judge panel to look at to see if there is legitimate grounds for a new trial.
