The case of Campbell not filing with the Bar over his 2008 DUI, combined with his current issues are bypassing Mark Ober and going straight to Rick Scott.

Campbell didn't report his previous dui which was required and Ober had to turn the investigation over to Rick Scott. Ober testified in the MJ v Bubba trial, so it would have been a conflict of interest for him to handle it.
