unfortunately I don't think he has to prove it..

the case is against bubba..

bubba made the allegations and mj is rebutting them by saying it was slander cause these advertisers had deals with CC...

however the whole thing IMO is moot cause it's an FCC violation and should be adressed by them... not a jury.. so that whole thing again solely IMO should be ignored and I probably wouldn't think about it if I was a juror but I'm crazy and don't think right
