Campbell was driving her car when he got pulled over, and his briefcase was left in there. They also made statement that this chick called the cops when he drove off to get him pulled over.

and also I'm still calling bullshits on this - you can't be arrested in your driveway unless you were observed to be previously driving on a public road - I remember someone already going to court over this
