Yeah, I go to TB Lightning games on occasion, as a matter of fact I saw Bubba leaving with his baby mama Jizenna one time back in the day and some guys were ribbing him and he ribbed back at them. He was about 350lbs rocking the frosted tips and wearing his #98 Bubba jersey, so he was easy to see

It's not illegal, however when you have a crybaby like MJ and a PC society like we live in today, you can get a trial scheduled to waste taxpayers money

So, after a week and a half of testimony..I have yet to hear one single thing that specifies damages in anyway, other than possibly the egging of his house. Which certainly cannot be made out to be Bubba's responsibility.

I can just hear their closing argument now. "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, we have shown you how our client, the little midget Todd Schnitt got his feelings hurt. We ask you agree and also agree MR Clem owes several millions of dollars to pay us" Thank you for your time.

They tried to find some emails? So they didn't subpoena any ISP's for email records to show who these evil Bubba Army emailers that so harassed him? And they have NO emails prior to 2008? What a bunch of shit.
