This trial isn't about weather shock Jocks have the right to say anything they want, It comes down to Bubba calling for Bubba army to arms and harrass MJ and his family wich was a a mistake. They were at a restaurants and Bubbas fans (army) harassed them and threw ice at them. You have the right to the first amendment but don't have a right to incite violence. He is responsible for his actions and should have (and knew) that Bubba Army would have reacted like that.
