Afternoon peeps!

We are having this issue on a small number of listeners systems. Please see below.
We are still trying to find a fix for this. We can not recreate on test systems. I had this issue one time when we first sent the new player live. I cleared my cache in Firefox and it fixed the issue.
These are the things that we have come up with to try.
1. Clear cache in your browser.
2. Clear all temp files.
3. Make sure javascript is ebabled and security settings arent too high.
4. Make norton internet security or something similar is not stopping it.
If you continue to have issues please provide the following info.
1) Operating system.
2) Browser you are using to include version number.
3) Any error messages you may have on your screen.
4) security software/ Blocker you may be running.
This info will help us track down the issue.
We continue to try and fix the problem but it is tough since we can not recreate the issue on our end.
