Basically his tubes circlejerked him. (not joking)

When he had his gastric bypass the tubes grew back together wrong, and his bile coated food was going back through, tearing up his insides even more.

edit: He got fistula'd too.

Not sure how a bypass works, what do they do, bypass ur stomach and attach ur esophagus directly to ur colon so you are always full?

Ewww, I had a fistula on me asshole in March..but that wouldn't cause his issues, unless it was internal I guess.

I'm serious dude. I thought I had a hemeroid, thing would flare up and felt like an inch or so and hurt. Just came out of the blue a day after I was workin on replacing the shift cable in me truck. Went to the doc and he said it was a fistula and needed surgery to remove or fix it. After surgery they used some of that liquid stitch to close it, and that lasted like a fuckin day. Then had a gaping wound on me asshole (actually, right next to it, not me asshole itself) for about 3 damn weeks. It fuckin sucked dude..trust me on this!
