Reading back in the thread I saw the concept of rebooting Bubba Saw brought up. I said a while back it could be more like the concept behind the Jigsaw traps in the films if they want something new. They were based around a character flaw/personal struggle with said person. They were made to make someone confront their issues to appreciate their lives. Not sure how it would work, but someone could come up with something.

Maybe with one person in a trap or challenge or people who don't get along being forced to work together. Make it a punishment/something to correct a bad behavior trait. It's funny to think Bubba Saw was originally the Chilean Miner Challenge and was re-branded when the bit was in progress.

I'm still trying to figure out how the Saw concept, in a form more true to the films, would work. Maybe I'm just a huge nerd.

Strap Hatley to a shock collar that he can only take off with a key. The key is at the bottom of one of many Jack Daniels bottles he must drink from to find it. If he doesn't get the key in time he gets the shit shocked out of him.

Every time I try and catch the Morning X during Bubba's commercials, there's either ads or music. If I wasn't already catching a bunch of other shows, the podcast would be on my list of things to listen to.
