It is actually quite simple, here is what the Diacos won't tell you:

Lawyers will stall shit out purposely, work together to draw shit out longer than required, so both sides get more money, but you could probably figure that out on your own.

The whole case is a joke and both sides know it honestly. No one really goes to court over namecalling, it is everything else around it that you go to court for.
