io, I understand why legally he was given jail time, I just don't agree with it, that is all. Obviously in florida you're gonna get railroaded on that deal, unless you're related to a district attorney, then you become Mike Scott, the local sheriff for Fort Myers.

I can't comment on local elected officials.

However, John not buckling up was still nick's responsibility as a driver. So you can say it's somewhat on John, but legally the driver is responsible for everything in the car except what is on any person.
