Well reading into it one could make that assumption. He said he doesn't know what he'll be able to say about it because of his divorce. If someone else had stolen it/was in possession of it, I don't see why that would be an issue.

None the less he is accurate about not being able to speak about Heather at all in media its part of the agreement I remember but it could be a clever excuse and Heather could sue and probably would.
