I dont think this was part of any divorce deal. Even if it was so what, he talks about it and heather sues?? I doubt it. there are ways to talk about it that would not get him in trouble anyways since he could just report on national news.

It is pretty funny Spiceboy left almost as soon as the initial tape came out in April. I think Spice knew there was a firestorm of shit coming.

Like I said yesterday, in Fla it is a 2 party state..meaning both parties have to know and agree to be recorded. I know this pertains to phone calls, etc..so I assume it would also pertain to video.

As for leaking it..don't know that there are laws for that, unless it was like for blackmail!
