What really boggles my mind..and many others in the networking field, is why in the fuck are critical systems even accessible via the internet? There is only one plausible reason-convenience. But I have worked where classified networks are. We had to physically separate cabling at least 3 feet apart, could not cross secure/non-secure cabling at 90 degrees, other shit. Yet you'd find some fuckin idiot that wanted to take shortcuts, so he dual connected a PC to both networks. Bam. instant intrusion.
