We just had a feud w/ the cable company.Motherfuckers were charging us way too much a month for Cable/Internet/Phone deal.After talking to them (For the 8th time) I got them down a little.Ever since then my shit has been skipping and slow.Did they knock my internet speed down.Is that possible?My Webroot updated too.It could be that too I guess.

CM, they might have knocked you down a tier in internet speed, I know the company I use here has like 5-6 residential "speed tiers".
