no way I would have gave bubba 300 in advance,and that's not a shot at anyone who did,they still give a lot of content just 4 hours less bubba io or so a week,I can see the EE's not being happy with how it turned out but being so butt hurt you want to sue seems childish to me,this is not an american entitlement deal as much as a propaganda deal from some butt hurt people just my opinion.

Well not going to sue Bubba directly but IO, there is more than just my 3 friends out there that feel ripped off & if enough of them get together, a class action lawsuit will be started, IO's stocks are in the shitter at the moment & continue to plummet. Bubba has a contract to work a certain amount of hours & deliver a certain amount of content but he has not been honoring his side of the contract which we can all plainly see & IO isn't worth the paper the stocks are written on, it glorified TP. So the EE's have every right to demand a refund when they are not getting what they paid up front for so yes they are entitled to at least some of that money returned especially since IO is now free to listen to. They might as well be suing Bubba since he is the flagship of IO.
