This guy nailed it, of course he gets blown out. Bubba never prepares for shit..big deal, emails and news. Hardly what I would call prep for a radio show of this caliber...or should be.

Bubba needs to stop moping, dust himself off, and make the proper moves and put in the effort to pick himself and his career up again. And if FM radio is a dead end, start investing more time into the IO side of things. Even if he's limited in what he can do.

No one wants a mopey Bubba, hell I'd take asshole Bubba over that any day of the week. Because asshole Bubba is fired up and doesn't whine about not wanting to be there.
