When I bought my new comp. last yr. I actually paid extra to have XP installed instead of that piece of shit vista cause I had to buy a completely different model. You'd have to pay me quite a bit to run vista, that OS needs to fade into obscurity like NT did.

The next version of Win is pretty sweet, 2010 I think. Same Vista kernel, but it works!!!! We have some test machines at work with it.

Either that or put Linux on it, only dealt with that a few times. It's quiet a bit different, but doesn't have near the problems that, the piece of shit vista has.

Mac is alot more expensive in comparsion to screen size and processor speed/ram..etc..etc...But, then again mac doesn't have to be as fast as PC cause they don't run all that bullshit in the background....but linux is pretty nice sorta in the middle of the 2.
