So then, either a physical connection, a cable, between ur PC and where it connects to the provider, or cable from their antenna (most likely), or antennae weak or has been moved out of position.

Well, if it's wireless, do you know where the antenna is? Go look and see if sumthin to blow on it. or turn it. Or maybe, like I said, the cable coming from the antenna got wet and is causing it.
