I just played in my first over 30 adult soccer league. My team finished 3-2-5 I was the GK. I only gave up 2 goals per game, which isn't bad considering I never played before.

You see when they make that wall, I'd make my team make another wall at an angle not to be offside, but 6 or 8 legs ready to one time a kick.

These were 4-15 minute quarters with a 2 minute water break between each quarter and a 10 minute half time. Subs were on the fly, it was super competitive.
