why did Mike Castle think this needed to be pushed thru?

i like it in the fact people like to save coins, as in they have a coin jar, after some time you would be seeing people looking in their jar and seeing they have a couple hundred bucks and would go ape shit on spending

but if this coin would go full force i would like to see the penny go away
if something costs $100.47 i wouldnt mind paying the extra 3 cents, but on that note a price that high im swiping my card

Hard money will go away altogether. Humans of the not-so-distant future will have a chip implanted that will connect to an authorized individual bank account. All transactions for that person will go through that account. Cross the authorities and your access to your account will be blocked. You will also be tracked 24x7x365 by your chip, which will be physically identifiable to you and you alone. Computer access/login will be handled by the chip as well. The chip will be at the very center of your existence.

i think i found a way to get those coins moving
Have some of the bigger store say like McDs give a dumb special like 2 hamburgers for a dollar coin, no tax just the coin, Or Walmart if if something costs 99 cents slap a coin done and walk away
But you would have to make a cap on dollar amount and also time for the specials

$9.99 you slap 10 coins your only paying a penny tax, im saying keep it for things under $10
and only for 3 months, im betting all the poor thrash would have all that reserves gone with in 2 months
