Ow, the flexbone/option that sounds like fun. But if you have problems with the spread option, i can only imagine how hard ti wold be to run the flewxbone option. Cause the D prettymuch knows what ur gonna do at all times...let me know how it works out dude, maybe I'll give it a try in practice. I only use UF, no matter what....supersticious like that. Plus, I rarely play the game during the season, makes me weary goes back to the superstition thing...

I have always been more suited to run the ball but the beauty of the flex it is set up very similar to a run n shoot. Just like any formation a gamer needs to mix up the play-calling. I tried some of you tactics last night with success so I can honestly see why you play with the Flo-rida spread.
