but to make it work with the #'s we have here compared to those who work
or get a free ride is harder than it seems .

this can be implemented on a state to state basis as needed - larger states could ship the garbage to less populated states with the space to store it before burning... then you just need to upgrade your electrical structure (which has taken fierce criticism) cause it's falling apart and back feed the energy to the larger states - and sell the power for a profit.

then it flips the business from costing money to store garbage to making money from selling energy
