Right of the box with Hayslett, the question we wanted answered about DUI. Didn't really answer it too great, but here is the question I sent in a few weeks ago.

Bubba, many of us Bubba Army folks who talk to each would like Kevin to answer the following. If someone
gets pulled over for suspected DUI, they haven’t been drinking or haven’t done anything recently. Since many drugs
like weed, pills can stay in your system for days, how can they prove you are under the influence at the time
if you may have smoked or something earlier in the day but the effects have worn off?

How hard is this to defend?

Hmm... WCCC makes a big deal about being local and non-corporate. Looks like with CC dominating radio and CBS dragging their feet on picking up Bubba, those kind of stations may be the only ones to pick up the show.

Plus when I went to Ozzfest I've seen Bubba shirts in the crowd so I'm sure a few people remember Bubba.
