Not sure if this show airs in the states, but the general premise is - you get in a taxi and surprise - it's a game show while you take your cab ride... you get your answers right you win cash - you get three wrong you are kicked out of the cab... So I guess they were filming the other night and the Host/Driver hit a 61 year old pedestrian walking down the road. Bet you this will cost the cash cab some cash...

No, the producer was driving, not the host. What's really strange is that I watched this show last night...for the first time.

Didn't realize it was the producer driving the car. I see no charges were pending so it must have been ruled an accident...
