I jsut love the fuckin banks/mortgage companies. Just got a junk mail from BOA who now owns my mtg. I have like 5 yrs or so left on my mortgage, and they're like LOWER your payment and save thousands! Refinance now to a new super low rate 30 YR fixed mortgage!! hmmm, yayyy ok sign me up!! Woo Hoo!!

yeah, but marriage does not have to be recognized. Just like Colo has common marriage laws that are enforceable in Colo after living together for a yr. They are not recognized in states without common law marriage like Fl! So same deal with fagmo marriages I assume!
