No. He only got $1 worth of DVDs with illegal content stolen.
Why isn't Hootie raising hell that this isn't getting prosecuted.

Good points. Why the feds didn't try the case is odd too. They always prosecute if they can win. Ober is still a dick though.

Yep, how many times has Bubba said it himself, "If the feds are prosecuting you, it's because they've already won the case". It's killing me not knowing why no one is prosecuting this one.
