I don't think he has a case. What he did was illegal (recording Hootie's voice without him "allegedly" knowing is the crime) so how could he sue?

You heard the day Bubba went on that anti Hootie tirade saying Hogan knew he was being recorded, why hasn't that been brought up more? Now Bubba is saying Hottie didn't know, which is total bullshit. Hogan lived at Bubba's house for over a month and knew the whole house was camera'd up. I'm sure that would come up in depos as well, don't you?
