Well not really Fish! What if you were a plumber, and some dude called you out on a weekend to do a temp bypass on ur sewage. You haven't paid him, now the temp fix needs to be fixed. Would you do the next fix without be payed from the first time?

But the Dr. is working for a hospital. Kinda shitty if his employer gets fucked but he gets paid. WTF is there a 'mercial for?

Dr's don't typically work for hospitals, they are just independent contractors in private practice.

Mercial is because Bubba didn't have enough if a 45 minute break to take a piss..and eat most likely.
