The letter writing was the first formality. The Gov. will send it down to his Atty General for review. What's sad is even guys thousands of miles away know that person is Pam Bondi...who worked for Ober. There is the possinility of sending it to the Feds to review but Ober obviously has friends there too. Nothing can be done with the good 'ol boy network you guys have down there. Good luck.

Kevin broke it down very well though. He was on a little rant there for awhile. He explained the process of how to get something done but it all stops at Ober...which I find problematic. I'd rather take my chances with Grady in Polk Cty. At least he's fair.

Unfortunately Bubba sealed his fate with Ober and the State's Attorney's office a long, long time ago. He's not doing himself any favors playing 10 year old bits about Ober being molested by his dope smoking uncle either.
