Another solid female radio co-host/host I've always liked is Moira on the Phillips Phile, not sure how they are doing nowadays but she was usually good for a laugh. Would play up her "jewishness" kinda like Howard but less over the top.

Able to carry her own in a conversation without you wanting to stab her.

Basically an anti-tara.
