I can kind of see that argument, but at the end of the day they've ran around unregulated and the right people aren't getting their cut and you know the man will only stand for that for so long.

Yep, the only thing I have an issue with is the insider information the guys working for the two respective companies have. If it's true that 10% of the people are winning 90% of the money, there might be a problem.
