Some questioning whether the dude that saw the PSU dude fuckin the kid should face charges. Seriously, the dude was a pussy for not fuckin the dude up when he saw it. but he did report it to Joe Pa, who reported it to the Chief of Campus police.

So what the fuck can he be charged with 10 yrs later? Failure to report a felony? I'm sure that doesn't have unlimited statute of limitations right?

That is a stretch IMO unless he did other things to cover it up in some conspriacy charges or something!

This will get real interesting watching these chips fall. Hollywood couldn't come up with something this interesting!
