I cooked me some ribeyes that were pretty much roasts last night. Blackened em up, awesome. Was gonna slow grill em, but the weather wasn't cooperating.

I'll blacken' the leftovers tomorrow. I love that shit. I stopped at a bar the other day that had a blackened hamburger topped with cheddar cheese and bacon on a toasted bun. That was damn good! I prefer Chef Paul Prudomme's Magic Seasonings.

I would tell me ex wife "you can't cook for shit, you fuckin burn Cocoa Puffs" Then one day I was bringin me kid home and we saw this restaurant with all kinds of smoke pouring out. My son who was like 11 at the time goes, "looks like mom cooks there"

I love blackened burgers. That magic seasoning is good stuff. This time we got "Cajuns Choice" it is equally as good for stuff like this.

Tomorrow I will have Cheesesteak sammiches with the rest. mmm mmm!

Yeah they are. Got me wife and mom some of those chocolate strawberries and cherries. Them things were huge, and awesome. But shessus, they fuckin kill you with emails afterwards, have to unsubscribe.
