I would think it would be pretty easy to figure out why it is happening. Logs, debugs, etc. Trust me, I have ran into network issues that just made absolutely ZERO sense, but they happened for a reason. While finding issues may be tough sometimes..after all this time, I find it very hard to believe.

But I have zero clue about the radio side deal, but it doesn't seem like that is the issue, as apparently no one at the IO studios know it is happening when it does. So it is either a feed issue from BRN, lot of latency, delay, etc, that kicks in the mercials, or something on the system that kicks in the mercials itself. Shouldn't be that hard to finger out IMO.
