That could be part of it, since they run events on Wrestlemania weekend and WWE hates that, but there's speculation that it's because of WWN/Gabe's connections in China and the fact the service is available there.

and it works one place and not the other cause some techy at the bone or wherever put in an invalid IP range to block that was probably re-assigned back to the states...
