I with you on this one, same as Starbucks (even though I don't go there) its the same way I feel about picking up food, it is your job to bag my food correctly. If you are serving me you get a tip, same with delivery, but the reason I pick it up is either it is close or on my way home and not making anyone go out of their way. This reminds me of that part of Reservoir Dogs where Steve Buschemi gets into an argument about tipping.
