At least since Marino left. It is like they are afraid for a QB to succeed, so they keep getting washed up old fucks, injured young fucks, or throw some young dude in there when their O line is pathetic, then trade him away.

Matt Moore could be a good QB, given a chance to actually learn the system and play for a while.
