I think the proper way to look at it as the supports on one of the top level finally crumpled, causing all the floors above it to slam with momentum on the lower floors supports, causing them to crumple continue until you get to the ground floor.

I agree that it looks like a demolition, but I understand also how the physics of it worked and understand how it could happen like that and not be a demolition.

I remember I was passed out in bed, hung over when my gf (at the time) called me and said a plane just hit the WTC, I got pissed and asked why she was waking me up with this crap, so I finally get up and walk out to the living room where my roommate is sitting watching the news, and a second plane hits the other building... thats when shit got real...

Slept in till 9:50 for a 10:00 class (as usual). I had no idea anything was wrong until after 12pm.

Shit got real after my gf at the time called and said her grandma was on the Newark flight. Luckily, she ended up missing the flight.

I was being read a book to me and my class by an old guy with guys in black suits. These guys would walk up to him and whisper to him several times, they had a somewhat panicked look but he kept the same face and kept reading. Was a good story.
