I was a valet parking attendant at the Tampa Greyhound Track back in the summer of 1992. I agree, the regular guys that work there were pretty scummy, made pretty good money there though.

Yeah, I'd never valet my car either, knowing what I know now
The only questionable thing I'd do is 0-60 runs in the nicer cars, but the other guys would steal money, sunglasses and whatever else they though was valuable. And god forbid if you were a regular that had a history of not tipping. They'd grind your transmission, do Starski and Hutch e-brake whiparounds, burnouts. One dude stole weed out of a guy's car but left enough to show the cops that were there

at Winn Dixie we had to start cutting open all of our packages of steaks and hamburger meat we threw out in the dumpster because people would dumpster dive and go sell the stuff in the hood.

I bought a set of those. I still have them and they still pound. Not everything they steal is shitty you know. Sometimes it pays to look and see what brand they are.
