He's like 88 yrs. old. He was around Wis. when the old gangsters were vacationing around here. He's an old school barkeeper so he has a shitload of stories. He was around when Capone and Dillinger were runnin' hard.

I remember where Capone had his place off of 94, but I would imagine Lake Geneva had to be the place they'd go.

Lake Geneva and Wis. Dells area got to be too close to Chicago for them. They started going to the Northwoods to hideout. Hayward, Minoqua and Eagle River mostly. They had most of the cops paid off so they could just party and fish. Check out Al Capone's Hideout in Hayward. They turned that into a tourist trap. There is a shitload of Chicago gangster lore all around Wis.
