I'm not sure, but yeah probably. My guess is the person on the tape found out and is looking at criminal/legal action. Bubba will of course again claim this tape was also stolen, but will probably have to settle out of court like he did with Hootie.

Where the hell are you getting that from what I posted? Here's how it probably went down IN MY OPINION... The new tape is out there (no shocker to anyone) and the "Famous Person" in the tape has been contacted and made aware they are on film banging Heather, Famouse Person say's they were not aware they were being filmed (A crime here in Florida), Bubba was then questioned by the authorities to which he probably blamed Spice and now Cowhead as both being the ones who leaked the tape. Cowhead was then contacted by the police and told them he knew nothing and would not answer anymore questions unless he was subpoenaed to.
