No, it wouldn't. All the responsibility for both sites belongs to the web crew. And if what 25 is saying is right, that the problems stem from another site Caro is hosting, then it's inexcusable and Bubba should ditch them as a host. But that'll never happen. They can let him down time and time again, but it's Russ so it doesn't matter.
