While I don't know what to think on the whole PPM deal it is fairly obvious that Cowhead's ratings drop is due to his show being mostly fucking horrible

that's what I said yesterday. regardless of bubba's position, crowhead has fallen way off compared to everyone else. That has nothing to do with anything other then the fact his show and his crew suck.

there's no way to "block" ratings so where did cowhead's listeners go?

Cowhead just said that he was contacted by the police regarding another Bubba/Heather sex tape that is out there. He wouldn't give any details as to who is in it aside from the person being "somewhat famous". He also said they asked him to come down for questioning but he declined and said he would go only if subpoenaed.
