I'm guessing breaker then, If the furnace had issues, Not always but mostly it will trip right away, Most boilers have a high limit in them but it will put an error code on the boiler or kick out an aquastat and NOT trip a breaker..

At halftime, a female student had a chance to kick FG's for a gas card. She had to kick a 15 yarder and a 25 yarder within a minute. As many tries as should could take. Nailed them both on the first try. Cha-ching, $500 in gas.

our systems here are basically just heat elements in the air handler. Not much to em, but if a part of the electrical...IE wiring, fusable link, breaker get weak, the whole shit gets hot.

When the fusable link was going bad, the wiring got so hot, couldn't touch it for long. Which it also then tripped the breaker.

You replaced the breaker once before?
You could have a damaged wire as well,
As I'm sure you're aware,Tthe fusable link is there to protect against other issues or causing further damage, Generally if the fuse goes you have another issue..

Yeah, it is a 220 40 A breaker. The fusable link is like right where the heater connects. Replaced ti a couple of yrs ago. I will test it some more, and pull the breaker off and check it tomorrow! Slackin Burke time now!
