Busted! This whole thing started because Judge Arnold was told that she bought drinks and asked him to move her car. That story has now changed. 'Ol Phil is all flapped up now!

The whole of the story has fallen apart in more ways than one. While it is possible the Diacos side might have used the opportunity once it began, there is no doubt in my mind now that Phil was trying to bigtime a paralegal of a rival firm who he thought was drunk enough to sleep with his disgusting ass.

If anything this decision by him to be on the stand has ruined his case, up until this all we had so far was the fiiiiiiif and phone record keepers.

Also apparently this dude is so drunk he can't even remember shit he said earlier TODAY so his memory is quite questionable.
